What: Winter in The Woodlands Photography Contest
When: August 11 - September 19, 2025
Where: The Woodlands Arts Council
Who: Open to photographers of all ages and experience levels
Categories:
- Professional photographer (presently or in the past)
- Adult amateur photographer
- High School Student
- Youth up to 8th grade
Guidelines: Photographers are encouraged to submit up to three of their best photos of The Woodlands parks and pathways, nature, landscapes, aerial scenes, or drone photography.
Submit up to three (3) photos
All submitted photographs must have been taken within The Woodlands
Shots must represent winter months (Nov- Feb)
No use of AI technology
Entry Fee: $25 for adults. No entry fee for students.
Submission deadline: September 19, 2025
Notifications of acceptance: October 9.
Jury Process: All submissions will be juried anonymously and considered for the curated exhibition. Selected finalists and winners will be on display at The Woodlands Arts Council's gallery space from November 4 to February 5. Winners and prizes will be announced at the Opening Reception on Thursday, November 6.
Participants must fill out the entry form AND pay the $25 entry fee (No fee for students)
