Galentine’s Day is a newcomer as far as holidays go and found its origins on the sitcom Parks and Rec. It is celebrated on February 13th and according to Parks and Rec character, Leslie Knope, “Every February 13, my lady friends and I leave our husbands and our boyfriends at home and we just come and kick it, breakfast style. Ladies celebrating ladies.” What’s not to love about that?

At Aiken City Lifestyle, we are happy to embrace any holiday that involves spending time with our gal pals and eating waffles. To inspire you to do the same, we invited some friends and business partners to our first-ever Galentine’s Brunch and Photo Shoot.
