Thriving Senior Communities Barclay House of Augusta Senior Living · Augusta, GA

Grateful for exceptional communities like Washington Commons and Barclay House that enhance senior living

Each stage of life brings joys and challenges, decisions and changes. For older adults, one of the biggest dilemmas is what life should, or can, look like after the kids are grown and settled into life with their families. With so many options and choices, it can easily feel overwhelming.

Thankfully, the CSRA has several outstanding communities where seniors can enjoy life while letting someone else take care of chores like cooking and cleaning. With top-tier amenities, delicious meals, and endless opportunities to socialize or try new hobbies, living in these communities makes every day of retirement something to look forward to.

Washington Commons and Barclay House of Augusta, both operated by QSL Management, are two premier senior living communities in the CSRA. Each offers residents a unique experience tailored to meet their needs and ensure they enjoy this exciting time of life.

Washington Commons

Make the most of retirement at Washington Commons. This independent living community welcomes senior adults 55 years and older to trade the daily grind for pure enjoyment. This fully renovated community has cottages and apartments with upgraded amenities such as marble countertops, soft close drawers and cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator, and luxury vinyl flooring.

"Washington Commons is an all-inclusive independent living community that trades the stress of home maintenance for a warm, bustling lifestyle where neighbors quickly become family," says Caroline Bradshaw, Area Director of Sales. "With three homestyle meals a day, a packed social calendar, and an attentive team, residents are free to focus on what matters, enjoying their retirement to the absolute fullest."

Residents look forward to arts and crafts, fitness activities, live entertainment, parties, happy hour twice a week, clubs for games such as Canasta and Mahjong, frequent outings for shopping and entertainment, and a weekly church service with biweekly Bible study.

While Washington Commons is a non-medical residential community, residents who need medical care may receive it onsite through third-party caregiver services.

Located at 100 Washington Commons Drive in Evans, Washington Commons is a private pay community. For more information and to schedule a tour, visit washingtoncommons.barclayhouseseniorliving.com or call 706-303-1639.
