Tiffany Graham is an emerging visual artist who was born in Atlanta to parents Terry and Susie Graham. She is a rising high school senior. Tiffany has developed a love for visual art since elementary school. She has illustrated two books with her father Terry R. Graham entitled "Fly, Butterfly, Fly" and "My Heart."
In the last few years, with tutelage from her AP Art teacher, Graham's artwork has flourished. Her passion for visual arts has increased over time, causing her to create paintings with varying degrees of depth and meaning. She began working with watercolors and has graduated to acrylic as her primary medium. Graham combines various techniques in her paintings to cater to all tastes.
Graham goals are to continue painting and release artwork/paintings through Tiffany’s Fine Arts as she prepares to attend college in the fall of 2021. She plans to major in Business with a minor in Fine Arts.
Hanna Hayden
Hanna Mayling Hayden, a Junior at Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy is 16 years old and art has always been a part of her upbringing. “My father is a self-taught artist in his own right. In primary school a great and educational past time for me was working with coloring books, then I progressed to art classes at our local community center,” she says.
At Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy, Hayden has been under the watchful eye of Sister Melanie Thompson, who has been very instrumental in guiding and instructing Hayden in her art development and education. During the summer months, Hayden had an opportunity to have private lessons under the instruction of Sister Hawwah Morton. Sister Morton introduced her to photography.
In 2019, Hayden had an opportunity to present her art at the John Lewis Fifth Congressional Art Competition. “After attending an art gallery showing in early 2020 by established local artist, Vando Davis, I set out to create my own brand and present it on an online platform,” the artist stated. That brings us to present day, where she has created “Designs by Mayling” which features several of her pieces on a variety of platforms. Hayden’s goal and inspiration when she graduates in 2022 is to attend Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).
