"This is our fourth year as a Summer Sippin’ contestant, so we wanted to create something new, fresh, and different from anything on our menu. The presentation of this drink was so cool with the layered effect of the ingredients. I think adding oat milk was a huge hit! It’s trendy and appeals to our younger customers. Strawberry Fields Latte is now a permanent drink on our menu!

What was your inspiration behind this winning cocktail? Mikaela Cupp, general manager at Hugos, explains.
"We wanted to create the PERFECT summer sip, that captured the freshness of summer berry flavors. Our bar team, Brooke and Hannah, presented their spin on a rum-spiced cocktail with concentrated berry-mint simple syrup, served elegantly in a julep glass. The response was overwhelming. Our customers love it!"
