What services do you provide?
I do good deals for good people. I bring buyers and sellers of existing businesses together and broker the sale, help really good businesses grow by becoming a franchise, sell franchises, determine the value of existing businesses, and build the value of businesses to get them ready to sell. I do what I do through superior marketing and networking.
Why do you enjoy being a business advisor?
I live to improve the lives of those around me. I do what I do because I make everybody "happy.” The seller is happy because he sold his business. The buyer is happy because she purchased a business and is ready for a new exciting journey. I help people get where they want to be.
What advice do you have for someone wanting to buy or sell a business?
My advice is to work with someone like me, to help them increase the value of the business and develop a strategy, which is essentially what you want to do and why you want to do that. I want to make sure they have a plan. With that plan, you improvise, adapt, and overcome, but you have to have a plan.
What do you love about the Evans area?
I love that there are genuine, nice, friendly people here. They take time to enjoy life. Because the military base is here, we get people from all over the world and I love the diversity. I tell people, ‘I wasn’t raised under the shade of a Georgia pine, but I got here as quick as I could!’
