The over $2 million home was masterfully styled by our expert stager, which allowed us to increase the last offer price from the previous listing," explains Cathy. "The incredible home received multiple, full-price offers in just 3 days!"

The two are the duo behind last year's Tour of Homes benefiting The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Donna’s daughter Erin Sullivan passed away suddenly at the age of 17 from complications of cystic fibrosis, a progressive, genetic disease. Donna’s son Keenan suffers from cystic fibrosis metabolic syndrome as well as cerebral palsy. In people with CF, a defective gene causes a thick, sticky buildup of mucus in the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. In the lungs, the mucus clogs the airways and traps bacteria leading to infections, extensive lung damage, and eventually, respiratory failure.
