.75oz Tamarind-infused Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
.5oz Cantaloupe Cordial
scant .25oz Three Pepper Agave Reduction
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Combine ingredients in a shaking tin. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Double strain through a fine strainer into a coupe glass. Garnish with a speared tamarind fruit leather.
