A native of New Jersey, Carsha Holley came south to attend Benedict College. After graduation, she launched a career in Human Resources, which allowed her to live out her passion of helping people on a daily basis. Fast forward a few years to Carsha’s experience of buying her first home. “I was actually the type of person who didn't think I could buy a house,” she explains. “But my realtor told me I probably could be a homeowner. So, I took her advice and counsel and was able to purchase my very first home here in Evans.”

The experience of buying her first home was rewarding and gives Carsha a unique perspective on helping others do the same. “After going through the process personally, I thought that real estate would be a good fit for me,” she shares. “That experience made me want to help others by educating and assisting them in accomplishing their goal of homeownership; not limiting them to just buying a house but selling a house as well as making real estate investments.”

In 2018, Carsha began her real estate career and in 2022, she formed The Holley Group under the umbrella of Realty One Group Visionaries. She works with a talented staff and licensed assistant who support her in walking buyers and sellers through the entire process. “My staff helps everyone get from contract to close successfully with superior customer service,” says Carsha. “I enjoy walking clients through the process with the least amount of stress. Even if any hiccups happen, I'm a natural problem solver, so I'm always thinking outside the box and making things happen.”

Having served eight years in the U.S. Army Reserves also gives Carsha additional experience that helps her assist military clients. “I have a lot of military buyers because I understand the process as I am a veteran,” says Carsha. “I bought my home with a VA loan and understand the value that being a U.S. Veteran provides.  It can open doors for other soldiers in their quest for homeownership and makes their dream into reality.”

As a certified REALTOR®, Carsha sees homes that range from quaint cottages to luxury mansions. The Evans City Lifestyle team asked her to share a few favorite features she likes to see in luxury homes. “I love a spa-like bathroom,” says Carsha. “I’m looking for dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and a tile or stone walk-in shower that is open and includes a rain shower head – with large walk-in closets that include a built-in closet system close by. I like a large, open kitchen with a gas stove, built-in ovens, wine fridge/storage, lots of stone or granite counter space, and light-colored cabinetry,” she says. “It’s also nice for the backyard to serve as an additional entertainment space, with a mounted TV, fireplace, and outdoor kitchen and dining area.”

Carsha is licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia. For more information on the Holley Group, visit www.carshaholley.com, call 762-888-3446, visit www.facebook.com/realtorcarsha, or email carsha@carshaholley.com.
