“We are a charcuterie company that blends creativity with flavor, turning every board into a piece of edible art,” Compiani says.
No two boards or grazing tables are ever the same because each one is crafted with care to reflect the occasion and bring a personal touch to every customer's table.
“I absolutely love making them just about as much as I love seeing the look on customer's faces when they receive them!” she says.

SALT & SWINE offers an array of boards that are designed to shine on their own, no extra decor required.
“We provide charcuterie boards and playful kids’ boards in three different sizes as well as add-ons such as hummus and burrata boards,” Compiani says. “Our boards are designed for drop-off service, where the customer can simply set them out and they are ready to go!”
For customers looking for an elevated touch, SALT & SWINE Charcuterie Co. also provides setup services and fully custom grazing tables, which takes the effort of planning off your plate and turns any gathering into something unforgettable.
