So I really try to let my clients know that I am going to make sure that everything is going to be okay, through every step of the process.”
That was the case for the owners of this five-bedroom, four bath house in Platte Park. The detached, single-family boasts outdoor space, a finished basement with 10-foot ceilings, and a massive master bedroom with a luxurious bathroom.
Quinn-Mayfield sold the house to its current owners in 2011 after it was freshly remodeled, and is now helping them sell the house as they look forward to their move to the suburbs (Quinn-Mayfield is also taking the lead on finding them their perfect home in suburbia).
Platte Park isn’t known for its huge lots, so this 3,900-square-foot home had to make use of its space. The three car garage ate into a part of the backyard, but the covered patio makes the outdoor space useful for all 300 days of Colorado sunshine.
