A mutual love of service and quality (and a pandemic pivot!) brought friends and long-time professionals in the Food and Beverage industry Katherine Haswell and Maya Velesko together for this venture. Superette, a bottle shop, market and deli located on Pleasant Street in Gainesville, Florida, is your neighborhood destination for wine, local and imported artisanal foods, thoughtfully curated culinary and home goods. We seek to support small, independent wineries and vineyards that put their love of the tradition into every bottle. We approach sourcing for our food with the same careful attention seeking out producers and purveyors that respect the environment, workers, and community through their implementation of environmental sustainability and fair labor and trade practices. Whether you’re bringing it home or dining in our beautiful spaces, we offer a wide variety specialty imported and local cheese and charcuterie selections and thoughtfully sourced and prepared daily rotating menus for lunch and dinner.
