Ingredients
- Rosemary sprig, for garnish
- Strawberry slice, for garnish
- 1 oz. of a rosemary/strawberry/fig
- 0.5 oz. lemon juice
- 0.5 oz. elderflower liqueur
- 1.5 oz. gin
- 2 oz. soda
- Small pinch of salt
Directions
- Combine lemon juice, salt, rosemary/strawberry/fig, elderflower liqueur, and gin in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into a Collins glass top
- Top with soda
