Sue Hewitson, a Realtor® with Fazendin Realtors, has been selling homes for over 20 years, and every once in a while, a particular home will capture her heart. It happened again recently when listing a classic English Tudor at 2757 Dean Parkway. The second suite option is located in the third story. This large room has its own bathroom with a steam shower and quite possibly the largest walk-in closet I’ve ever seen! It's very impressive.”
The Dean Parkway neighborhood is also idyllic. “You're a stone’s throw from the Isles, but this specific location is also really unique because the house itself is perched on a hill,” she says. “You can sit on the bluestone front patio and enjoy the vibrancy of the location while in your own private haven. It feels like you're tucked away in this little world of your own and yet you're in a bustling urban location.”
