A lot of us were right? Double Income No Kids.

I remember touring the house and knowing within 30 seconds that I had to have it.

There was nothing cookie-cutter about it. Three levels full of contemporary angles, stairs, and overlooks.

The master bedroom suite was on the top floor.  The only other bedrooms were two flights down in the finished basement.

I definitely fell in love with the character.  Not the function.

And it worked for us. Right up until it didn’t.

The day we learned our new houseguest would arrive in about 9 months.

Sometimes the house you bought at one stage in your life just doesn’t work for the next.

Maybe you’ve never sold a house before.  How does that work? How exactly do you juggle selling and buying at the same time?

Don’t worry! I know this can feel like a lot but I’ve got you. See how I can help by clicking here for my free guide linktr.ee/sweethomenwa
