Andrea has been involved in every aspect of real estate since 2005 and actively sell both resale and new construction. She's worked with some of the top builders in Northern Colorado and is currently selling Bucking Horse new construction (Bellisimo, Inc.), Heron Lakes (NaturCraft Homes), and a brand new Old Town project off the corner of Mountain and Mathews called The Front Row (Neenan Company). This will be 22 luxury residences with a rooftop sky lounge and dog run!

"I am a native in Colorado and married my best friend, Guy Tuell, in July 19, 2019. He is the greatest person I know! We have two dogs, an 80 lb. English Bulldog and a 9 lb Dorkie! We love to travel, cook, explore Northern Colorado, and mostly spend time with family and friends. I am so blessed to get to do what I love and that is because I get to work with some of the most amazing and kind humans out there! Every day is different. Someone that will help make the process as smooth as they can while helping to educate you on your situation so that you can make the best decisions. Find someone who is patient with you and has resources to help your life become a little less stressful. Moving is a huge deal and can add a ton of stress to a family.
