Chef Jorge Gomez's culinary odyssey traces back to his grandmother's kitchen in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, where his passion for cooking ignited as he assisted in crafting classic Mexican delicacies like tamales, tortillas, and chocolates. These early encounters fueled his curiosity and charted his course toward becoming a masterful chef.

Gomez's formal training commenced at the prestigious L'Olivier, a French restaurant in Mexico City. Working alongside talented chefs, he sharpened his skills and cultivated a profound admiration for the artistry and precision of French cuisine. Eager to broaden his culinary horizons, he enrolled at the Culinary Institute of Mexico in Puebla, immersing himself in a rigorous program encompassing various culinary techniques and cuisines.

Graduating with distinction, Chef Gomez embarked on an epicurean expedition to refine his craft and embrace diverse culinary traditions. His journey took him across Mexico and Europe, apprenticing in various kitchens and acquiring wisdom from esteemed chefs. Start your meal off with the epically creative Bistroboard, a unique twist on a charcuterie board that features a variety of luxurious cheeses and charcuterie, the uniquely delicious cauliflower tahini, Caprese salad, freshly made jalapeño hummus, grilled artichokes, EVOO-poached wild mushrooms, whipped ricotta with chefs own chili honey, crispy Brussels sprouts, and warm Forno bread.
