The Last Word General Manager Samantha Hamrick says this blend of Roku gin, cardamom-infused Aperol, lemon, passion fruit, and Aquafaba is “refreshing, big juicy citrus, aromatic, slightly sour, velvet froth in all the right ways.”

Baggage Claim

Peridot bartender Calder Fong describes this blend of Woodford Reserve, Two James coffee liquor, pineapple, lemon, and cinnamon as “tropical bourbon tiki decadence.”

For “Japanese gin modernist simplicity,” Peridot’s Fong recommends this cocktail featuring Ozeki Nigori sake, Nikka Coffey gin, Cocchi Rosa, raspberry, lemon, ginger, and Peychaud's bitters.

With Butter Washed DCD Homegrown Rye, Laird’s Old Apple Brandy, Nixta, Cocchi di Torino, and caramel corn, this drink from The Last Word “evokes memories of snuggling into a worn movie theater seat,” Beer says.
