Uh, whipped coffee anyone? The latest trend pretty much everywhere, it’s Dalgona Coffee in South Korea, Frappe Coffee in Greece, and Beaten Coffee in India. Here’s our spin on on an international favorite:
Ingredients for 1 serving
- 2 Tablespoons hot water
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Starbucks Via or other instant coffee
- Milk, to serve
- Ice, to serve
Add hot water, brown sugar, and instant coffee to a bowl. By hand or electric mixer, mix until the mixture is fluffy and light. Spoon a dollop over a cup of milk with ice in it and stir.
