Fascial Fitness was developed by a team of sports and movement experts who worked in collaboration with the research group Ulm/Germany led by Dr. Robert Schleip. The research-based fitness technique works to optimize the fascia system related to movement. The targeted training techniques for active fascial mobilization are different from simply working out or stretching. However, the easiest technique you can do to improve your fascial pliability is to stay adequately hydrated.
