2. IPL – Photo Rejuvenation. An Intense Pulsed Light treatment targets sun damage, age spots, facial flushing (redness), small facial veins, and stimulates collagen for a healthier appearance and diminishes overall signs of aging associated with discoloration, tone and texture. Treatments are performed in-office in 30 - 45 minutes. Patients can resume normal activity. IPL is suggested in a series of 3 to 4 treatments, performed 3 to 4 weeks apart with maintenance treatments suggested at season's change, following the initial series for most patients.
