Dawn Rhoden
Dawn Rhoden is an employee of Bank of America in Alpharetta and a co-chair of a bank-sponsored initiative - the Atlanta Black Executive Leadership Team (BELT). She also volunteers as a program leader for Atlanta Collaborative Mentoring Program and sits on the board of the Atlanta Music Project, a non profit that provides intensive, tuition-free music education for underserved youth. Dawn is an ambassador to the associates, clients, companies, non-profits, and influencers that represent the African American community in Atlanta and, in that role, she works to create unbiased advice and guidance on issues impacting the Black and African American community. Dawn is thankful for her family of three children and a loving, supporting, and understanding husband who helps her create her work-life balance.
Danna Beatty
Danna Beatty is a designer at Classic Blinds and Shutters. She lives in Alpharetta with her son, Elijah, and her daughter Emilia, who are both very involved in her professional career. Elijah loves to look after houseplants and redesigns floor plans with his mom. Emilia is always sourcing out pretty things and accessories. Grandma Lollie plays a huge role in Danna’s success as a working mom and is her kids' best friend. As a family, Danna instills in her children the importance of giving back. They often donate gently used and well-loved toys and clothes and help them find a new home.
Hannah Whitney
Hannah Whitney is the event director for Cherry Street Brewing Company and is a happily married mother of two amazing children: Gavin, a ten-year-old who loves ice hockey, and five-month-old Beckett. Whether it is going on a hike, watching a movie, or having a family dinner, Hannah loves family time with her husband and kids. Since developing the entire event program for Cherry Street, Hannah has had the pleasure of planning and executing events for numerous charities and missions. In a happy combination of her home life and Cherry Street’s community efforts, the Vickery location has just launched a new “Moms and Mental Health” event that will discuss parenting, provide resources, and build a community of incredible moms doing their best to juggle it all.
Chelsea Miller
Chelsea Miller is the beverage director for Cherry Street Brewing Company, a female-owned and operated small business. She credits the company with helping her achieve her work-life balance, as Cherry Street prioritizes its employees as family, giving Chelsea the ability to thrive in her role and focus on her family life as well. Whether it’s a school function, or just a night in with the kids, Chelsea’s flexible schedule at Cherry Street allows for time with her eight-year-old daughter Charlie and two-year-old son William, all of whom love the outdoors. Through work, Chelsea is actively involved with many civic and secular organizations and partners with other women in the liquor industry to grow their networks.
