Highly anticipated restaurant Benny Chows recently opened on Washing Ave. Rooted in Cantonese tradition, dishes are enhanced with local ingredients to create a delicious menu of American Chinese cuisine in a moody yet vibrant setting. Known for its seasonally rotating menu, March focuses on Sicily through December. Chef and partner Felipe Riccio's heritage and experiences drive his passion for March's first Italian menu.
