Why a consumer brokerage makes a difference....
As we listen to the confusion that the new buyer agent commission structure is creating for agents, we notice that there are few discussions mentioning the buyers’ concerns.
The goal by all agents will always be to help the buyer and seller buy and sell a home. We believe that the payment of the agent should be a factor considered but the goal has to be centered on the consumer. While many agents compare their payment to paying your doctor, the goal of the doctor is to get the patient well, never only, how will I get paid.
Real Estate has and will always be a process of negotiation. There will be maneuvering and disappointments. Everyone is wanting the seller to sell and the buyer to buy from the agent to the title company. There are multiple businesses depending on the closing to make money. If we work to make sure, that the buyer and sellers win, we all make money.
Consumers are always the priority. Our goal is help them maximize the process.
