Houston and Dallas might have an age-old rivalry, but there are a few lauded highlights about the Bayou City’s northern neighbor worth a visit, and one of those is Travis Street Hospitality. Founder Stephan Courseau and his wife, Daniele Garcia, sit at the helm of an award-winning coterie of must-try restaurants.
The hospitality group, named for the address of its first concept, opened in 2013 and includes Michelin-recommended restaurants Knox Bistro and Georgie. Travis Street Hospitality has now added several more outposts to their repertoire in Dallas’ famed Knox-Henderson neighborhood, operating The Georgie Butcher Shop and its most recent additions, Le PasSage and Rose Café at Le PasSage. tshdallas.com
