Wine Talk

Holidays are a time for joy, celebration, and indulgence.

Wine and fall holidays go hand in hand as people enjoy gatherings and festive meals.

Here are some wines for your consideration to pair with holiday meals or just to enjoy with guests.

Red Wines

Pinot Noirs, especially Oregonian ones, due to their rich warm flavors will complement your special dishes.

Merlots also fit the bill being soft and round.

White Wines

For those who prefer white wines, chardonnays, unoaked, work well with roast turkey.

Dry Rieslings can also be a delightful option especially when paired with seafood dishes as well as roast turkey.

Sparkling Wines

Sparkling wines are a great choice and will pair with almost any dish.  These bubbly wines can add a touch of elegance to the festive occasion.

Cheers to a joyful Holiday season and please be safe and drink responsibly.
