Amanda Miller is a wardrobe stylist and professional organizer in Naples. We asked how in the world she gets everything done!
7 a.m. Emails, emails, emails.
7:30 a.m. Walk Harper around the neighborhood, she loves socializing with all her Lake Park pup friends.
8:00 a.m. Shower and style my look for the day. Today I’m purging a closet and styling vacation looks for a client so I keep my look simple with a bodysuit, a pair of joggers, a cute block heel sandal and a LV crossbody bag to pull it all together.
9:00 a.m. I arrive at the home of my first client to do a much-needed purge. The purging process consists of deciding what to keep, what to donate, and what to put on consignment. We end up with three bags of donations, a few nice pieces to consign and a fresh closet space where she can see what she has.
12 p.m. Head to The Shelter Options Shoppe in downtown Naples. I always like to take my clients' donations there because when you donate you support The Shelter’s programs and services while providing program participants with items needed to rebuild their lives.
1:00 p.m. Arrive at Saks to pick up a new Chanel bag that just come in. Typically they only get in one of a particular style, so I always have to act fast for my clients.
1:30 p.m. Arrive at my last client for the day to review her vacation itinerary and pull pieces from her closet to style looks for her trip. I pair each look with shoes, bags, and accessories and stage and photograph them. I add the photos to a shared album for easy access on her phone.
4:30 p.m. Head back to my home office to label and organize photos and plan ahead for tomorrow.
5:00 p.m. And that’s a wrap on my day! Off to Happy Hour. Cheers!
