In a shaker, muddle 4-6 mint leaves with 1/2 oz simple syrup. Fill shaker with ice and add:
- 1 1/2 oz Wood's High Mountain Distillery Treeline Gin
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- Shake well and strain into either a coupe glass to drink neat, or a low-ball with ice for a summer refresher
- Garnish with sprig of fresh mint and a lemon wheel

Our spirits, however, are definitely modern. With unique blends of malted grains including malted rye and specialty barley malts, contemporary gin recipes and high-altitude maturation we are definitely doing things differently.
