The story of distilling spirits has been written down through the ages, alongside the unfolding story of civilization itself. In some sense, what Woodworks Distilling Co. (WoodworksDistilling.com) in Oklahoma City is doing today is simply returning to the roots of this craft: in small batches, drawing from local ingredients, and with artisanal attention.
"Woodworks Distilling honors this deep tradition, with every intention of writing its next chapter. That means that a story is told in every sip. Ours. And yours," said founder David Wood.
Woodworks Distilling currently produces award-winning Vodkas and Gins, with two liqueurs coming soon and a rye and bourbon program that await the arrival of barrels. They offer a choice of sourced bourbon and rye, until that time comes.
