Founded by Dr. Jill Morris in 1987, World Class Dentistry is our region’s headquarters for life-changing restorative cosmetic, implant, and laser dentistry. After 33 years, to celebrate its ever-expanding offerings, the practice is rebranding its signage, packaging, and design as well as giving its logo a facial rejuvenation of its own. The updated look is a nod to the next generation joining the practice and its aim to continue to have long-term relationships with patients.
“We are rebranding because our second-generation family members are entering the practice,” says Dr. Morris. “One son runs our on-site dental laboratory, another son graduates soon as a dentist with advanced training in implantology and surgeries involving implants, and our daughter is now entering dental school. They all have a passion for detail and excellence. Additionally, we have brought in Dr. Dixie Jernigan to expand our services. She performs child orthotropic orthodontics, treats adult sleep apnea and TMJ, and is trained in TwinLight laser therapy to treat gum disease and failing implants.”
Dr. Morris and her husband, Dr. Burr Bakke, have 60 years of combined talent and expertise. Their on-site dental laboratory technician offers implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, biological dentistry, and more. World Class Dentistry is one of only a small number of area practices that have a Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramic® (CEREC), which enables the doctors to fabricate and place exceptional restorations right in their office. World Class Dentistry’s state-of-the-art facilities eliminate the need to visit multiple locations to receive care.
Dr. Morris is one of only 450 dentists accredited with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, is a fellow of the International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics, entered the Dental Hall of Fame in 2000, and trains dentists and other health care professionals in live patient-care courses in the techniques of cosmetic dentistry, neuromuscular dentistry, full mouth reconstruction, facial and dental lasers, Botox®, and dermal fillers. She is also holistically certified in the safe removal of mercury fillings. Dr. Bakke does all aspects of surgery including implants, sinus grafts, bone grafts, and gum surgeries; he also restores implants to correct neuromuscular bite position.
The company invests in unsurpassed technology and has recently added three new lasers and a second-generation CAT scan. World Class Dentistry also offers nonsurgical face-lifts, anti-aging treatments and skincare, and All-on-4 dental implants.
