Efficient Installation Process
Fireplace & Granite uses innovative laser measurement technology, enabling the team to accurately quantify the available project space. A CAD design proposal is then created and approved by clients. One week later, the design is ready for installation and the company’s dedicated customer service department works with clients to schedule a convenient time for the removal of old counters, sinks and other materials, which are then promptly replaced with the new design, all within one day.
Jim attributes the ability of Fireplace & Granite to provide its customers with such rapid turn-around times to the company’s knowledgeable installation staff, most of whom have over 10 years of experience and can easily troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.
