The best part of being a sports photographer is preserving special moments in people's lives, reflects Jason Schoenig, owner of regional Dirt and Turf Photography.
"Sometimes it's simply the love that people feel for their family, or that their little ones are growing up so fast and they want to capture certain moments in time. I strive to capture those moments for clients and provide a great memory to add to their homes," Jason says.
His photo gallery covers a wide range of sports, including volleyball, softball, baseball, basketball, football, wrestling, soccer, swimming, hockey, inline hockey, tennis, lacrosse, racquetball, track, golf and water polo. He's also handled cheerleaders, senior photos and family portraits.
"The Special Olympics is always my favorite event of the year because it's so wonderful to catch those athletes' successes," Jason says.
