The homeowners of beautiful home on Mt. Paran Road partnered with Everglades for a comprehensive project. Everglades installed plants in the front yard which included flowering trees, evergreen trees, flowering shrubs, ground covers and perennials. They installed Zoysia sod, annual beds, added soil amendments to support the plant selections. Technicians adjusted the sprinkler system to compensate for additional plantings and installed a river rock dry stream bed to channel rain water away from the home.

For the Mt. Paran Road project, the existing soil on site did not allow for proper vertical drainage. Everglades installed six inches of screened topsoil on all planting beds and thoroughly mixed with existing soil to enhance the soil profile. This created a zone for proper plant growth.
The homeowners also asked Everglades for color through all seasons. Landscapers designers used flowering plants including annuals, perennials, foliage plants with unique leaf color and deciduous trees with good fall color. Fragrant plants were also requested which was accomplished with dwarf gardenia, tea olive and a variety of perennials.
