From regional design center to global notable, the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC) has continuously provided inspiration and innovation to all those who have entered it. Located in the prestigious Buckhead community in Atlanta, ADAC is home to the Southeast’s largest collection of luxury furnishings for residential, hospitality and contract projects. For six decades, the center has set the bar for excellence through its iconic markets, showrooms and designers.
ADAC is any shopper’s dream, with its campus spanning more than 550,000 sq. ft. consisting of over 65 showrooms offering 1,200 of the industry’s finest product lines, including furniture, fabric, rugs, lighting, and more. Guests are welcome to explore on their own or connect and collaborate with top designers and showrooms to create a space that inspires them.
Later this month, patrons can find luxury, quality and diversity at their fingertips at no cost while attending ADAC’s annual fall market – DISCOVER ADAC. From September 21-23, ADAC invites everyone to delve deep into the world of design with inspirational keynote presentations, showrooms and product launches by renowned interior designers, creative visionaries and the most reputable luxury brands in the business.
At DISCOVER ADAC, guests can look forward to hearing from several acclaimed design icons, including pop artist, author and entrepreneurial empress Ashley Longshore discuss everything from art and design to color and creativity; Charlotte architect Ken Pursely and New York interior designer Ashley Whittaker speak on what matters today, from prime livability to the sound old wood makes when you knock on it; Modern Luxury’s Creative Director and VP of Fashion James Aguiar explain how interiors often inspire fashion direction with interior designer and HGTV alum Justin Q. Williams; fashion icon Iris Apfel discuss the new Maximum Couture Collection and the details of her fascinating life;and distinguished architect Jim Strickland speak on the art of creating a memorable home – both inside and out.
