Fancy Pants' Expansion Mirrors Boise's Own With Inspiration and Style

After a dramatic explosion of their water heater, Boise clothing store Fancy Pants took the opportunity to completely renovate, redesign, and expand their retail space. Their vision creates a place of relaxed glamour to match the elevated clothing they carry; where feeling good about yourself is the focal point; and where natural light and textures flood the senses.  Now occupying the entire corner of 9th & Idaho Streets as they had always dreamed, the store epitomizes style, making the entire shopping experience special, friendly, and inspiring.

Idaho Design Center staff recommended Fabricut Velvet in Glam Clover for the new dressing room curtains, creating a sense of luxury, privacy, and bold glamour in an interior that reflects the owner’s vision.  Curtains custom made by Sunshine Sewing. Wallpaper by Lulu and Georgia.

“Fashion is about confidence and empowerment,” says Fancy Pants co-owner and interior design/merchandising specialist Jaime Petrilli Nicholson. A custom neon sign was designed and built to reinforce a positive reminder to their customers that “You Look So Good.”

The shelving and mirror were custom built by Marshall Sinclair Studios to highlight the brands of clothing.  Marshall Sinclair Studios also designed the extra large mirror under the neon sign to emphasize its message.

Boise commercial and residential interior design studio We Three Design planned the interiors, including sourcing the Clementine Occasional Chairs in Terracotta.  As comfortable as they are stylish, the chairs match the relaxed glamour of the clothing.
