Barnhouse Custom Homes is a family-owned and operated design + build company serving the greater Kansas City area. Primarily focused on new construction, we create everything from traditional stick-built or modified timber frame homes to pre-engineered steel or pole barn structures. We dismantle century-old barns and reclaim their wood to create beautiful, functional and sustainable designs, stamped by time. As a full-service bespoke home builder, we guide our clients from the design process through project completion. Like with any true partnership, we place the utmost importance on honesty and open communication. We operate on a transparent cost + basis. Our homes are hand-built by professional artisans who are passionate about their craft.
