Bozza Yoga Studios is a nurturing and community-focused yoga studio located in Allendale, New Jersey, dedicated to promoting physical wellness, emotional regulation, and mindful growth for children, teens, families, and adults. With a wide range of playful, age-appropriate classes—from littles and kids to teens, family sessions, and adult flows—our mission is to support healthy bodies, healthy minds, and healthy children through yogic movement, breathwork, and meditation practices that empower students with lifelong tools for confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Led by passionate instructors and grounded in social-emotional learning, Bozza Yoga Studios offers fun, supportive classes as well as teacher training and outreach programs designed to make yoga accessible and beneficial for every age and ability.
