There is a significant difference among Insurers and even the Agencies and Brokers who represent them. My State Farm agency is built on the belief that putting customer needs first means so much more than just selling policies. I grew up seeing how my father, an Agent himself, was there for his customers, whenever they needed his help. I strongly believe that caring for people is the purpose of a career in the insurance industry.
