About Us
Core Energy Yoga is a yoga center in Overland Park. The studio is the first local hot yoga studio to feature Power Vinyasa Yoga in the tradition of Baron Baptiste and aims to enable individuals to discover the energy inside themselves. People of all ages and levels of experience can benefit from the hot yoga sessions in a heated room, and teacher training, events, and workshops are also available. ***The studio gives back to the community via donation-based classes and support for the Africa Yoga Project as well.
