A Texas native who made California his home in 2012, Matt Cox has planted stronger roots here by building robust connections as a real estate agent. Before launching his current career, Matt earned a doctorate in pharmacy from Texas Tech University and spent over 10 years in the healthcare industry as a pharmacist. That environment taught him how to take care of people, trust his intuition, maintain vigilance, mitigate risk, and foster communication. Although real estate is worlds away from healthcare, it demands much of the same dedication and persistence and has made Matt an ideal consultant to buyers and sellers, especially across the competitive housing market. His professionalism, trustworthiness, and personability infuse every relationship with care and confidence, and his inquisitive nature ensures he consistently delivers at an optimum level. The South Bay is Matt’s home, where he lives with his wife, Brittany and their children, fostering community while striving to live authentically and relationally with those around them.
