About Us
I am your local State Farm Insurance Agent for Northern Colorado! My office offers a variety of State Farm products, including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life & Health, Pet and Small Business Insurance. My agency primarily services Northern Colorado, but we can help you with your insurance needs anywhere in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Arizona! We also offer our services in Spanish! I’m originally from Newark, OH and started working for State Farm Claims in 2008 after graduating from The Ohio State University, where I studied Finance and International Business. Over the course of 12 years on the corporate side with State Farm, I held various claims roles in Auto and Homeowners Claims. Including my last position which was the local Estimatics Manager for Northern Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. Insurance has become my professional passion and I continue to educate myself in order to better serve my customers. In 2015 I earned my MS in Insurance Management from Boston University and hold my CPCU, CLU, and ChFC designations. Fast forward to 2017, and my wife, Kimberly, and I moved to Greeley, CO, where we had our son, Kaan Jr. (KJ) in April of 2018, and our daughter, Olive, in June of 2019 and we knew this would be home. I officially started as a State Farm Agent in 2020, right as COVID was shutting everything down. We persevered and focused on what we can control, which is helping people with their insurance needs. Our mission is to be embedded in the Community as a good neighbor through building relationships with our customers to understand their needs so we can help them find the right coverage. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing with my kids, BBQs, working out, Powerlifting, hiking, hunting, fishing, and traveling. I also enjoy working closely with several local groups and events, including the Greeley Chamber of Commerce, Boys and Girls Club of Weld County, Friday Fest and Oktobrewfest!
