Meet Lisa Napolitano - one of Premier Sotheby's International Realty's luxury home associates. Ranked #1 in the Venice office, and Top 20 for Sarasota representing over $20 million in sales for 2021. Lisa understands what it is like to stand in her customers' shoes. Relocating multiple times across the U.S. - buying and selling houses of her own - has afforded Lisa a sensitivity towards her "customers' journey," which can be attributed to the first-hand perspective she gained through her personal experience. A full-time resident of Casey Key, she has successfully navigated her way through the community, forged quality relationships and maintains a philanthropic approach by chairing extra-curricular organizations. Her comfort level spans serving everyone from high-profile corporate customers to individuals and families looking to find their perfect home. Why Lisa? Classically trained in marketing, sales and contract negotiation, she was inspired by her global mentors, and held key positions within M&M/Mars, Disney Consumer Products and Levi Strauss, to name a few. Lisa's corporate business acumen, level of experience and knowledge, and strong partnerships have enabled her to provide the highest level of personal service, winning marketing strategies and accountability to close the deal.
