About Us
"Great cooking starts with great olives." That's the motto at Love That Olive, which has been tempting local and global foodies, and novice cooks, from its shop on Grove Drive in Maple Grove since 2010. The heart of the store is its Italian extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars, sourced from grower Adriano Mantova, whose family has perfected traditional Italian techniques for more than four generations. From there the shelves branch out into a pantry worth exploring: specialty oils and dipping oils, bruschetta, spreads and tapenades, barbecue sauces and savory jams, honey, baking mixes and chocolates, sea salts, seasonings and rubs, soups, pastas and grains, popcorn and crackers, plus olive oil skin care, kitchenware and seasonal gifts. Look for Terri's Favorites for staff picks, ask about the recipes behind the samples ("Mi dai la ricetta, per favore?"), and stop in for gift baskets and gift cards.
