She works with clients in-person and online by creating an individualized health protocol that blends Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle programs, Ayurvedic therapies, prescribed yoga, as well as pranayama (breathing practices). She also formulates organic, botanical, and pharmaceutical-grade herbal remedies.
