Bagne, Owner, President and CEO of Magnolia by the Lakes, received her Bachelor Degree in Physics and Mathematics from Michigan State University and her Master and Doctorate Degrees in Nuclear Physics from the University of Pennsylvania. She has also earned a law degree from Wayne State University and is a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan. Offering unlimited excellence to the senior population is her true passion.
