About Us
Redstone American Grill on Main Street in Maple Grove runs on a neighborhood-restaurant idea: fresh ingredients, thoughtful preparation and genuine hospitality in a room made for friends, families and celebrations. It is one of eight Redstone restaurants across six states, and one of just two in Minnesota, alongside Eden Prairie. The kitchen leans on wood-fired cooking for classic American food: steaks, seafood, rotisserie favorites and handcrafted burgers. The menu includes the Cajun Ribeye, pan-seared sea bass over fried rice, a full rack of BBQ ribs, the Steak Cobb salad, Chicken Pesto Bellagio topped with prosciutto and arugula, and the Redstone Burger with cheese and bacon. Start with Breaking Bread, served with garlic butter and fig spread, and save room for the Key lime pie. Redstone serves lunch and dinner daily, Sunday brunch and cocktails from a full bar. Hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. Reservations are taken through OpenTable, takeout and delivery can be ordered online, and catering covers corporate lunches, weddings and family celebrations.
