Chef Kho dedicated 10 years learning Japanese Cuisine in New York City before opening Sakura Japanese Cuisines in Longmont in 1998. A strong foundation in traditional Japanese cuisines and blending fusion concepts, Chef Kho brings his creative dishes to Longmont and Boulder county.
