About Us
Sapphire Health and Wellness was founded by two Nurse Practitioners who value compassionate, holistic and preventative care. SHW provides high-quality care in an environment where time is valued and patients are treated with respect. SHW offers multiple services within the same office, including primary care, addiction therapy, sports physicals, and weight-loss management. Patients should feel confident that their care will be given in a discrete, non-judgmental atmosphere where all of their healthcare needs can be met.
