The Urban Naturopath is a lifestyle brand that I created! - It represents ancient healing modalities mixed with modern technologies and sensibilities. As an Urban Naturopath I am often found in both the urban and rural setting, and freely move between both. I gather the best of both realms and hopefully inspire all to move to a more balanced place. First and foremost I am a Classical Naturopath with a lifestyle and service brand that includes: *Health consultations using an ala carte and Concierge model *Nutritional Consultation * Reflexology * Herbal programs * Light and Color therapy * Energy work, * Garden set-up and design * Other modalities as needed. - I am also a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner or FDN-P and I use this groundbreaking method of carefully chosen functional labwork to expertly hone in on root causes of poor health and imbalance. - I am thrilled to be a Certified NES Practitioner which brings the stunning world of Energy work to all my clients. I provide services in the emerging field of bioenergetics – which is all about assessing and correcting the body’s energy and communication systems. This improves the body’s own ability to heal and stay healthy. - I am a Holistic Cancer Coach with the internationally known organization Center for Advancement in Cancer Education. I offer a “First Steps” holistic coaching package that teaches clients how to remove the stressors from their life and replace them with holistic supports! Clients learn about using Food As Medicine, Herbs, Reflexology, and the importance of community for health and wellbeing. - I round out my work by using a Thermal Imaging Device to provide my clients a comprehensive wellness package.
