Our journey started 10 years ago when our family had to make some dramatic changes to our diet after discovering our children had food sensitivities. Ever since, we have been on a mission to create healthy fresh and delicious food that nourishes and works with our bodies to achieve vibrant health. Our products are gluten free, dairy free, free of refined sugar, and unprocessed and are chock full of good nutrients, alive with enzymes and loaded with minerals.
